The Services shortcut provided us with myriad reference and translation tools. Likewise, we were able to select specific text for a quick translation. While we found a few words on the Web page that didn't translate, it certainly didn't keep us from being able to read the information.
During our tests, we were able to translate an entire Web page very quickly. The number of possible language translations with this toolbar is astounding. Each shortcut button lets you choose from a long list of languages for translation. The shortcut buttons aren't very attractive, but you can choose what buttons you want to appear on the toolbar, including flags that represent different languages. The toolbar itself stretches across your browser window.
FoxLingo may not be much to look at, but this free extension for Firefox comes with all the tools you'll need to translate a text selection or even entire Web pages.
